Last July 26, 2024, Ponte Offices Space and Solutions participated in one of the biggest job fairs conducted to date at the Megatrade Hall 3 5th Level SM Megamall B.
The event dubbed as GetHired Job Fair and Conference 2024 was organized by GetHired Online in partnership with FH (Filipina Homebased) Moms was abuzz with excitement as more than fifty digital and traditional companies opened doors to job seekers. The event, which ran from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, drew in a diverse crowd of students, parents, educators, and career professionals.
More Than Just Jobs
Aside from job openings, the job expo featured a lineup of esteemed speakers, including renowned educators, career counselors, and industry experts. These speakers shared their insights on various topics, such as career exploration, personal branding, and effective decision-making.
The event also provided assistance by helping job-seekers specially newly-graduates create impressive resume, comprehensive portfolio and even paved way of networking with industry leaders.
One of the highlights of the event was the interactive career expo, where attendees had the opportunity to connect with representatives from different industries and educational institutions. Students were able to learn about various career paths, explore potential job opportunities, and gather information on admission requirements and scholarship programs.
Forged Partnerships and Established Professional Network
Ensuring the event’s success was the participation of companies, government agencies, educational institutions, media outfits, and community partners. Not to mention food and drink providers to help the attendees recharge in a day of career exploration, professional education and recreation. They were even print booths and first aid station set-up.
The Departments of Education and the Information and Communication Technologys led other government agencies in endorsing the event. Meanwhile, more than a dozen of schools and universities sent their students and graduates to avail of job openings from companies such as Popeyes, Concentrix, Callhounds, Virtual Tours Asia, among others. Of course, not to be outdone is Ponte Office Spaces and Solutions.
